What does heating it up do besides make it more flexible? when it cools off does it make is solid? And how long do you heat it up for?

This is cool i have to make a red hood , a robin and a green arrow mask for a charity fancy dress week i'm doing in april and this has helped a lot :)

Hi! I use regular craft foam (available at any art/craft store). I then heat it over the stove and mold it :)

It's called "bukram." It's the same material that they use for mascot costumes and stuff like that.

That's brilliant!  How do you attach the fabric to the mask?  I made my own animated Red Hood Jason Todd mask from Worbla, but can't figure out what to do to keep the buckram on the mask.
